We have finally designed the perfect program for multi-sport & multi-activity athletes, the Elite Training Program. In the Elite Training Academy, an athlete will get more of what they need (highest-level training with our Master Coaches), and less of what they don't (Expensive hotels and tournaments)!
The Elite Training Academy package will include a 1-month session (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr) and you can sign up for 1 session or all.
- Each session will run on Mondays, for 1 hour, and each athlete will be placed into a positional group appropriate for their age and skill level. Session times run between 4:30-7:30 pm (4:30-5:30, 5:30-6:30, & 6:30-7:30 pm) every Monday, with a 30-minute PSM Strength and Agility option available for a $50 add-on.
- Empowered leadership reserves the right to place and move athletes into the appropriate training session and time slot, based on assessments and development.
The program will consist of Empowered's Master Coach led on-court positional and foundational skill training for 60 mins.
All of our Elite Training Academy Athletes will also need to attend one of the EVA HS or College Prep Team Tryouts with their age groups, or an Elite Training Academy Evaluation, so we can do a complete Physical, Skill, and Performance Assessment. These evaluations will then be used to arrange levels, courts, and time slots, in order to ensure the maximum amount of development for all athletes and skill levels, along with giving each individual athlete a detailed assessment and baseline on which to base their development plan.

All participants must attend Empowered Tryouts or one of the following evaluation dates, prior to registering for Elite Training Academy, to be evaluated and assessed for placement.
