This week we are continuing our new series Enough with our Mental Health Director Kelsey Herber! In this series, we will discuss how to shift from feelings of not being good enough to embracing confidence in Christ. This week, we will discuss how we can support someone who is not feeling good enough.

- Who is someone in your life who is struggling with not feeling good enough and could use your support? Challenge: Seek to be present, help, validate, and communicate with them that they are not alone this week!
