Celebration: Week 3 – Notice the good

This week we are continuing our series Celebration with our Mental Health Director Kelsey Herber! We will talk about another way we can intentionally celebrate: noticing the good.

Discussion Questions

- Do you tend to be a glass half-full or glass half-empty type thinker?

- What has been your experience with anxiety?

- What is one thing you are grateful for today?

Challenge

- At the end of each day for one week, write down on paper or a note on your phone one thing that you were grateful for in your day.

- Extra Credit: You’ll receive bonus points for choosing a buddy to text each night sharing what you’re grateful for.
