Enneagram: Week 6 (Type 5: The Investigator)

In this week's mental training, Director of Mental Health Kelsey Herber will talk about a Type 5 (The Investigator) on the Enneagram!

Discussion Questions:
- Do you think it’s possible you could be a Type 5? Why or why not?
- Who do you think may be a Type 5 in your life? On your team?
- Knowing what you know now about the Type 5, how could you best support/encourage a 5?
- What do you appreciate about a Type 5?
Challenge:
- For Players: Think of who may be a Type 5 on your team. Share with her an area of the game that you think she
thrives in, why, and how that helps the team. Go a step further and tell her how watching her has helped you grow in
that particular area.
- For Coaches: Think of who may be a Type 5 on your team. Share some statistical data about the game of volleyball
that she may find interesting in regard to her specific position.
- For Families: Channel your inner Investigator and choose a topic as a family to learn more about! Each person can
do research on their own and then present the interesting facts they found to the rest of the family.
