VERT Performance Training
Don’t just learn to jump higher or move quicker — understand how and why. Athletes will be tracked using state-of-the-art VERT technology to measure jump height, power, landing impact, and first-step explosiveness — providing objective, actionable results to help you reach your peak performance.

Boy's Team in Training
Want to sharpen your skills but not ready to commit to travel? Or maybe you’re just seeing if volleyball is the right fit for you? Team in Training is the perfect program! Build skills, gain confidence, and experience the game without the full travel commitment.

Fall Competitive Beach
Fall Beach Volleyball Training is back at PSM Empowered — train hard, compete often, and elevate your game in the sand! Sessions run Fridays at 4PM and Sundays at 1PM (2 hours each), with 5 practices + 1 tournament per month. Each month includes a skill-focused training cycle, total-body conditioning, and a mini tourney every 3 weeks, with a one-week break in between sessions. September–November. Let’s get in the sand and get to work!

Ages: Athletes with beach experience or 2 years of college prep
Price: Choose from $35 drop-in, $150/month, or $350 for the full fall (15 sessions + 3 tournaments).
Fall Developmental League
Join us every Wednesday for elite training sessions with our Master Coaches! Each session includes focused skill work followed by Sunday play times—designed to help you apply what you learn, improve faster, and gain a competitive edge. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your game and grow as a player!
Where: Training at PSM Empowered & PSM Fieldhouse (based on date) – top-tier facilities for serious growth!

Volleytots
This monthly four-week program is designed to Teach BOYS & GIRLS the FUNdamentals of Volleyball. Through proper technique and skill training, kids will increase their volleyball knowledge all while having fun with our professional coaches!

The YMCA Volleytots
Join us for a high-energy, 1-hour FUN-damentals volleyball session where athletes will learn to pass, set, serve, and hit while improving reflexes and hand-eye coordination. This program helps foster a love for the game and boost self-confidence as kids master new skills, all while learning from the pros at PSM Volleyball. Sessions held at Renaissance Pointe YMCA, 2323 Bowser Ave, Fort Wayne, IN.
