Empowered Volleyball Academy Announces the Launch of Midwest Premier Juniors

WARSAW, Ind. - Empowered Volleyball Academy today announced the conclusion of its partnership with Outland Volleyball Club and the closing of Empowered OVC. In its place, the organization is launching Midwest Premier Juniors, a new competitive volleyball club created in collaboration with Team Pineapple and NIVA.

Following a thoughtful evaluation of the club’s direction, Empowered made the decision to pursue a new path, one centered on stronger alignment in philosophy, leadership, and long-term goals. “This wasn’t a decision made lightly,” said Will Robbins, Founder and CEO of Empowered Volleyball Academy. “The original partnership was built with genuine optimism about what could be accomplished together. Over time, it became clear that a different path would better serve the athletes and families who place their trust in us. Midwest Premier Juniors reflects our commitment to providing the opportunities, leadership, and environment our players deserve, and we’re excited about what this next chapter will bring.”

Midwest Premier Juniors is built in partnership with some of the Midwest’s most established and respected volleyball organizations. Team Pineapple and NIVA share a commitment to athlete development and competitive excellence, and Empowered has already collaborated with both organizations through the Midwest Power Series, Pineapple High Performance, and other events. Bringing these relationships together under Midwest Premier Juniors creates new opportunities for athletes while strengthening the support, experience, and resources available to families throughout the region.

For athletes and families, Midwest Premier Juniors represents both continuity and growth. The values that have defined Empowered’s approach to coaching and development remain unchanged, now strengthened through partnerships designed to create an even better experience for the Warsaw volleyball community.
